Price Increase Policy for Foot Studio Podiatry Practice

At Foot Studio, we strive to provide exceptional podiatry services and maintain the highest standards of quality care for our patients. In order to continue delivering the level of service and expertise our patients expect, we occasionally need to adjust our pricing. At a minimum price review and or adjustment will occur twice a year effective from July 1st and January 1st.

b. Website: The price adjustments will be prominently displayed on our website. We will ensure that the updated pricing information is easily accessible and clearly communicated to our online visitors.

Transparency and Explanation: We believe in maintaining transparency with our patients. Along with notifying about the price adjustment, we will provide a clear explanation of the reasons behind it. This may include factors such as increased operational costs, enhanced technology investments, expanded services, or the need to attract and retain skilled podiatry professionals.

Exceptional Circumstances: In exceptional circumstances where immediate price adjustments are necessary, such as unforeseen changes in insurance reimbursements or regulatory requirements, we may need to implement adjustments with a shorter notification period. However, we will make every effort to provide timely communication and assistance to our patients affected by these changes.
