Prices are also time dependent, so you may be charged an increased amount based on the amount of time set aside for your treatment or appointment, including time associated with missed or late appointments. See our Cancellation Policy.
We review our prices carefully and always aim to give you clear information about fees before your appointment.

Call-out fees are based on the total travel time for the podiatrist to travel to and from the home visit location.

Custom orthotics and other specialised treatments or high-value items are individually quoted. We’ll give you a personalised treatment plan and written quote after your assessment.
All fees are in Australian dollars (AUD) and may change. Please check current fees with us when you book.
Before treatment such as custom orthotics, bracing, nail surgery or a longer treatment plan, we’ll give you an estimate of the costs so you can decide before going ahead.
We don’t offer on-the-spot private health claiming. We’ll give you an itemised receipt so you can claim from your fund.
If your GP has given you a Chronic Condition Management referral, you can claim a Medicare rebate for eligible podiatry appointments. A gap payment applies.
We see self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. Let us know how your plan is managed when you book, and bring your plan details to your first appointment so your supports are invoiced correctly.
We accept DVA Gold and White Cards with a valid referral from your GP.
Products from our shoe and movement shop come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. If something you’ve bought is faulty, please contact us.
