See one of our podiatrists by video or phone from home, work or wherever you are in WA. Telehealth makes it easier to get advice, check in on your progress and plan your care, without the travel.

Telehealth works best for conversations, reviews and planning. Anything hands-on, like nail and skin treatment, 3D scanning, gait analysis on our treadmill or fitting orthoses and braces, needs a visit to the studio. If we think you’d be better seen in person, we’ll tell you, and help you plan it.
Patients travel from all across Western Australia to see us, and we do what we can to make the trip worth it.
Call us on (08) 9280 0223 and our front of house team will help you plan your visit.
Choose a telehealth appointment and a time that suits you. If you’re not sure telehealth is right for you, give us a call.
For video appointments, you’ll receive a secure link beforehand. For phone appointments, we’ll call you at your appointment time. Find a quiet spot with good light, and have your shoes, orthoses or braces nearby.
Your podiatrist will talk through your concerns and agree on a plan with you. On video, they may ask you to show your feet or how you move.
For video, a phone, tablet or computer with a camera, a reliable internet connection and a quiet, well-lit space. We’ll send you a secure link beforehand. For phone appointments, just your phone. Video is best when we need to see your feet, shoes or how you move.
