Whether you run the river or the trails, your feet take a lot of load. We help with injuries that won’t settle, and with the skin, nail and footwear problems that come with big kilometres. Our team includes runners and trail runners, and we support local events including Transcend Trails.

Your assessment covers your history and training load, strength testing, a running assessment on our treadmill and a look at your footwear. Your plan may include strength work, load changes, footwear, taping, orthotics, EXO-L bracing or shockwave.
Not everyone needs treatment. Sometimes the most helpful thing is a clear explanation of what’s going on, practical advice and a plan you can manage yourself. We’ll always talk you through every option, including no treatment, so you can decide what’s right for you.
Not always. Where possible we’ll help you keep moving while you recover, with changes to your training.
Yes. We can look at your feet, footwear, skin and ankle strength ahead of a big block of training or an event.
