Aoife is a podiatrist with a holistic approach to care, looking at the bigger picture rather than just the feet in front of her. She believes in taking the time to understand each patient as an individual, considering their lifestyle, activity, overall wellbeing and goals to provide personalised care. Her areas of interest include skin and nail care, sports injuries, women’s health and helping patients age well, with a particular interest in biomechanics.
Aoife graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Podiatric Medicine from the National University of Galway, Ireland, in 2020 and went on to work in Dublin for four years, gaining experience across a broad range of podiatric care. Since qualifying, she has continued to develop her skills through further education, completing a course in Reconciling Biomechanics with Pain Science. She is a member of the Australian Podiatry Association (APodA).
Outside of the clinic, Aoife enjoys playing Gaelic football with St. Finbarr’s GAA Club in Perth. During the off-season, she loves going for beach dips, finding good coffee and exploring all that Western Australia has to offer.
