Whether it’s offering a warm welcome, making someone a coffee, or sending them off with a smile after their appointment, Isabelle takes pride in making people feel cared for, valued and comfortable. She believes that even the smallest interactions can make a big difference and loves being able to leave a positive impression on every person she meets.

Role and focus

Isabelle oversees the daily appointment schedule, manages patient care coordination, and handles billing alongside phone and in-person enquiries, while also assisting our clinical team as a podiatry assistant. Through structured organisation, clear communication and a genuine dedication to helping others, she helps our clinic run smoothly. Always ready to assist wherever required, Isabelle takes great pleasure in creating a positive, memorable experience for every patient.

Skills and training

With six years of experience in barista work and a background in medical reception, Isabelle brings a strong combination of customer service, communication and administrative skills to The Foot Studio. She is confident using Cliniko and other clinic software, and enjoys putting her experience to good use to support both the team and the patients they care for.

Outside the clinic

Outside of work, Isabelle enjoys birdwatching, going for walks, journalling and creating art. She loves taking time to slow down, appreciate the little things and find inspiration in the world around her.
